Dealing with Loneliness: Building Connections and Finding Support

Loneliness Is Never Permanent
Loneliness is a state where you find yourself completely alone and not connected to your social gatherings. It makes you isolated from society and your own feelings. You would even feel lonely in public places or in the gathering S of your loved one’s. Though the feelings are unable to express ,we are not supposed to suppress them for a longer time otherwise it would lead to various other issues such as depression , anxiety and other sort of health issues.
Loneliness makes a person feel like all the energy is drained out of them and couldn’t get back to their ownselves. It makes the person feel uneasy or disoriented. It could cause a great impact on the persons physical, emotional and mental well being.
Hence, in order to tackle this situation there are various ways through which we can overcome our loneliness and support our own mental well being. If you try yourself to make out this thing, it’s always a great step to do so . Overcoming with loneliness is very essential and crucial part of each person’s life.
• The very first thing through which we can develop our connections and find support is that “Accepting the feelings of loneliness”. This is so needed because the more we deny it ,it could get worse.
• Moving to the unknown places and exploring their culture, country, people will help us learn how to deal with loneliness and build our connections with the people their .
• It also helps to explore your ownself and acknowledge new things in the surrounding.
• It enhances the networking skills and help us find a great amount of support and build lots of connections.
• We should accept the help and involve ourselves in the activities of groups or communities to overcome with the situations.
• We should have a good hygiene, diet and a proper sleep pattern .
• Always love yourself, pamper yourself that keeps you assertive and your self esteem is maintained.
• Never compare yourself with others, other people’s suffering would be different from your feelings, each person has their own problems in life. So always have empathy towards each other.
• If this all doesn’t work, seek Counsellors, Psychologists, Therapists for help to overcome this. They are always there to help you and overcome the challenges of loneliness with you together.
Loneliness is not a disease or a disorder it is an internal state through which each person goes once in a life time atleast. You could be the best person yourself to tackle this situation and overcome the crisis in your path.

Self-love is the best solution to all the issues and problems. Do the things that comfort you and make you connect with yourself, it could be anything such as music, dance painting or any other type of sport etc. Managing to head over loneliness is not that easy but it is only you who can help yourself and this could be done through therapies, building your connections, staying connected to various people across and always learning new things that could help.
