 Integrating Mind & Body into Harmony is the Primary Goal of Yoga, which is fundamentally a Spiritual Discipline. Its methods for enhancing Well-being include Physical postures, Breathing techniques, and exercise.

Meditation is a deliberate practice to gain control over negative emotions like stress, anger, impatience, anxiety, etc. Yoga incorporates many asanas. As a result, Yoga offers mental and physical preparation through its poses and breathing techniques. Then, meditation intervenes to strengthen this bond by assisting us in entering a level of awareness and inner self.

A vital aspect of both Yoga & Meditation is Breathing.

It's crucial to pay attention to your breathing and move intentionally when doing yoga. Breathing deeply might help you relax and focus during meditation. Breathe slowly and deeply in and out then observe how the breath feels in your body.

Have patience.  

Yoga and Meditation includes various elements :

Pranamayas :  A Breathing Process which increases oxygen intake to 5 times which will help to focus, & it reduces tension and anxiety.

Asanas: Certain Poses or Postures practised by individuals which help to maintain Inner Peace, Patience & Relaxation.

Dhyana : Process of observing or focusing into your own thoughts, thinking & centre it into your breathing patterns, which also helps immensely to deal with anxiety and overthinking.

Diet : Diet is also very significant; the healthier food we consume, the more calm and clear our minds will become.

Philosophical Knowledge : The Knowledge , Lesson from our Ethical Books helps us to deal with all life issues , & direct us  to the right way to deal with it.
