Small Wins: Consistent efforts lead to small successes that accumulate over time. These "small wins" build momentum, reinforcing the belief that you are capable.
Steady Progress: Even small, consistent steps forward contribute to significant progress in the long run. This progress boosts confidence as you see tangible results from your efforts.

From Doubting Yourself to Characterising Yourself as the Main Character
In this generation, we are all somewhat struggling, either financially or emotionally. Either it's the work pressure of a 25-year-old or else it's the mental pressure of a student who has to get good marks no matter what. Nowadays, it's not the age gap that defines our confidence or having inner self-doubt; it's the generation we have been brought up in because here we have to prove that we are something, but that doesn't include self-doubting or lowering our inner confidence. Building confidence is not only important in the workplace but also for your mental peace and stability. Taking everyone's opinion in your head and overthinking about it only to judge yourself in the end is worse than just focusing on yourself and doing what you feel is right. The opinion does matter, but not everyone's, because, in the end, it's you who's going to make the decision and work on it rather than them. To overcome your self-doubt, you need to have enough faith in yourself and boost yourself to the point that you can do it no matter what, whether you succeed or not. It doesn't matter, but giving your 100% and not giving up is what matters most because you know you can do it.
